Before jumping into details on today's Smack, I wanted to let you know that this will be the last Smack Shopping day until January 2nd, 2007. Today's first (did I say "first?) Smack is the Altec Lansing GT5051 Surround Speaker System. If you think the speakers look goofy, it's because the "rear" speakers sit on top of the "front" speakers. Today's first Smack is the TomTom GO 910 Portable GPS Navigation System. This baby has more features than I can list. It's the creme de la creme in portable GPS units within this price range.

The early argument against Speed Smack was that a small quantity of quickly discounting items wouldn't generate good enough deals. Well, I beg to differ!

Another week of Smack Shopping is coming to an end. After today, we'll have featured 51 products in just 5 days. The highlight of the week was definitely Tuesday's Smack-a-thon, where we gave you 43 deals in an 11 hour period. You had your chance on everything from a 32" LCD TV to multiple Tivo Series 3 DVR's to Diamond Earrings. Hopefully we helped make your Holidays a little brighter.

The last Smack Shopping day of this week will feature just one product. Many of you have firm opinions for or against iPods or Zunes. Therefore, we are giving you an alternative.

In comparison to Tuesday's Smack-a-thon, yesterday's Garmin Handheld GPS was relatively unspectacular and quick. Therefore, we'll bring the party back up a bit with a few Smacks today.
