In the words of Lateshowrob: "I'd like to nominate ruffryder for Smack Hero.  Every Friday he hosts the 7 hour Grab Bag show and has a very fun trivia contest, which I'm sure takes a fair amount of time to prepare.  He also gives out special prizes to the winners.  He goes above and beyond the call of duty as a host!"  Here's a recent example of JMHSRV's winnings from ruffryder's trivia contest - very generous of you ruffryder!

Stimulus checks from Uncle Sam are great.  Stretching those new found dollars to the max on Smack Shopping is even better.  Let the Uncle Sam spending spree to begin!  We'll pick the products, you pick the price!

Smack Hero of the Week

In the words of tbase:  "HiFiGuy pointed out to a bunch of us Smackers who haven't been able to get to jellyfish.live.com how we could fix the problem ourselves.  The default DNS setting for Verizon are the problem, and you need to change the DNS settings as outlined here: http://psi.cc/l/how-to-disable-verizon-dns-assistance/.  HiFiGuy makes Jellyfish a whole lot less confusing and that certainly deserves a Smack Hero badge in my book!"  We couldn't agree more tbase.

The Jellyfish Cash Back service underwent some remodeling last week, but we're excited to tell you that Cash Back is up and running again (finally!).  You should be receiving an e-mail with instructions on how to transfer your Cash Back account to a new Windows Live ID-linked account.  PLease make sure you follow the instructions in this e-mail.  And if you have any questions, please don't hestiate to contact us at support@jellyfish.com.  Good luck!

In the words of Orgasmic: "I would like to nominate janaj14 for Smack Hero.  Her life is incredibly busy and stressful - she has an adorable little boy to care for, currently is finishing up a move to a new home, is planning her wedding and her cute dog was just diagnosed with cancer.  However, she's always in a good mood and makes others smile while Smacking.  She makes great avatars for other Smackers and offers up advice and great shopping websites for those who are interested.  She's a true Smacker whose presence is really appreciated!"
